NuevoPost provides services including online ordering website setup, restaurant marketing, Google Business Profile management, social media posting, business profile updates, and customer support. Services may vary depending on the plan selected.

Monthly services are billed in advance and payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Clients may cancel services at any time. To avoid future charges, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle. No long-term contracts are required unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their business name, logo, menu, pricing, photos, and business information. NuevoPost retains ownership of its proprietary systems, templates, workflows, and content created by NuevoPost unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information including menu items, pricing, business hours, contact information, and promotions. NuevoPost is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or outdated information supplied by the client.

NuevoPost may assist in managing accounts and content on third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other online services. NuevoPost is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy changes, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

Marketing and online visibility results may vary. While NuevoPost works to improve online presence and customer engagement, we do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, rankings, customer counts, or business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuevoPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client to NuevoPost during the most recent billing cycle.

NuevoPost reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
